Bobby Somerville Rushes onto D3Football.com National Team

Bobby Somerville is named to the D3Football.com National Team of the Week. The SUNY Cortland junior defensive lineman had a career best nine tackles to lead Cortland past Buffalo State 42-13 Saturday. Somerville added a sack and 3.5 tackles for losses, and returned a fumble nine yards for a touchdown in the second quarter.

Somerville, a graduate of Columbia High School in East Greenbush, New York, has recorded 12 solo tackles in only four games. The junior defensive lineman has forced two fumbles and made 18 tackles on the season.
